Can i cash a cheque in a name that’s not on my bank account
Not sure if I’m posting in the right place, but thought I’d give it a try. I’ve received a cheque as a refund however it is addressed to my preferred first name rather than the name on my bank account. Can i still cash it or do i have to get the cheque to say my “real” first name?
