The interest shown for the BOS Vantage account is shown as maximum % accrued for £5000.00 for 1 Year @ 2% is £59.80. I make it £100.92, am I missing something or am I correct? thank you

You're missing the fact that it's only the slice between £4K and £5K that earns 2%, the other £4K still only earns 1%, thereby giving an effective blended rate of 1.2%, hence £60ish rather than £100ish.3

many thanks for pointing that out to me eskbanker, I simply missed that crucial point thinking the the 2% related to all the £5000, wishful thinking at best! Time to rethink my strategy! all the best
