Halifax Reward Extras.

I notice that Halifax have changed the definition of what debit cards payment will not count for the Reward Extra feature.

"There are a few payments which don’t count for Reward Extras offers:

• When you take cash out of a cash machine, branch or Post Office counter.
• When you make a money transfer to another account."

The second exclusion is not (yet)  in Banking-Offers-Guide.pdf:

"Cash withdrawals from cash machines, branches or Post Office® counters".

How do you interpret the new, second condition?  What Debit Card transactions will not be "a money transfer to another account."?

I assume they are just trying to cover the fact that faster payments are not counted as debit card partners

If they changed it they changed it months ago as it’s well known and was recorded in the main thread months ago.

Would someone post instructions or a video on how to add reward extras or change them?
The website says Just sign into the Mobile App or Online Banking & add Reward Extras but I don't see any option in my reward account.
