Club Lloyds current account monthly interest

Quick question for anyone with a Club Lloyds current account before I try and contact customer services.
I normally receive a gross interest payment on the first working day of the month, but there's been none added so far in June. There were issues with accessing their online services last Monday, so I don't know if that's related.
Has anyone else had the same issue?

Thanks for the heads up @eskbanker . I did see that thread but only read the first few messages about the higher interest rate only being between £4-5k, and hadn't realised the subject had morphed to missing interest payments in later posts.
