I've noticed that one of my existing payee templates on on Santander 123 account was missing.  It has been previously used a few times to make payments to my Shawbrook account.

Not sure if it's just me or maybe something to do with their systems analysing all exisiting payees with CoP and removing those it can't check / verify?

Anyone else?

Shawbrook still listed in my payee list on Santander account. My list includes payees who I have not paid a payment to since 2016 so no evidence (yet) of any kind of purge.

CoP is only used when setting up new payees or amending existing ones, not applied retrospectively (and without customer intervention) to old ones.

    How strange!

That's exactly what I thought - not applied retrospectively.  One of my templates was definiteky used at the beginning of this year  and has been used severals times before.

I've also payees going back a few years, and have been inactive since - they're still there.  Not sure what's going on.
