Unpaid direct debit
I am using Post Office Online Saver for Direct Debit payment to Tesco Bank. I found out there after few days, there is "UNPAID DIRECT DEBIT" that return/credit to my Post Office saving account. Making me missing one DD in tesco bank and lost the 3% interest. Is there a way to complaint?
