First Direct Recommend a Friend and Switch bonus

With First Direct is it possible to combine the recommend a friend bonus and the current switch bonus? We are a couple and one of us already has a "1st current account" with FD whereas the other doesn`t. What would the total reward be?

The total reward would be £100 for the new customer and £50 for the existing customer who recommends them:
