Barclays Premier Account is free0

Their requirement is "An annual gross income of £75,000 or more paid into a Barclays current account". The question: is the requirement is Pre Tax Salary or Post Tax Salary. Also me and my partner reach this threshold by combining our income.NewToTheUkAgain wrote: »Barclays Premier Account is free0

I would be interested to know why you want a premiere account if you don't mind sharing.0

"Gross" means pre-tax.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

Most income requirement refer to individual Gross Earning , and for share accounts, at least one of the account holder needs to earn the threshold. There are reports of exception applying or some banks being less stringent with applying their own rules.0

What was your "very bad experience" ?0 -
I got my bank account closed. Already explain this in another forum post for which link is given below. Someone suggested that UK retail market tend to do this if they see they are losing money from some customer.
