Hi, I have just upgraded my account with Lloyds and now have a Cheque Card function on the card, the only trouble is I can't think of anywhere that actually accepts cheques anymore !, do any high street shops accept them, as I don't even think Garages or Restaurants accept them as it seems to be card or cash !. Thanks.

Britannia AGM - voting form received
And what a biased document it is. Vote with the board, all you have to do is sign your name in the big red box...easy. Stuff that, I'm voting against re-electing the lot of them on a point of principle. This voting form is a disgrace. And they can stick their merger with the Co-op where the sun don't shine until the…

Santander T&C limits on number of accounts?
Does anyone have the information or inside knowledge on how many current accounts at either Alliance&Leicester or Abbey you may hold open at once? Unlike the Halifax/BoS Reward accounts we all love which clearly state a maximum of 3 of each may be held in their T&C's, I cannot find any limits for these Santander owned…

Hi all, I started a new business venture and went to Abbey to open a business account.
