BT won't release my phone line to sky
I am in a new build estate (been here 3 years) and my broadband is with BT. I am trying to move my broadband and phone to Sky. Sky have come back and said they can't do it as BT won't release the line to them. Are BT able to do this and has anyone got any tips on what I can do? I am paying so much more with BT. Thanks
