Mobile Broadband Device

I have an EE mobile broadband device, as hoping to get it unlocked, so I can use it with another provider to give me broadband on the go.
Can anyone help me to know if I can do this and if so how.
Thanks

Ask EE to unlock .

Thanks, I did ask, when I cancelled and they said they couldn't. Perhaps I need to try someone else at EE.
I was away on holiday with bad TV signal, so was advised to get mobile broadband, unfortunately that didn't work (now know cos I was in caravan with blinds drawn it created a 'no go area' for data. Paid to get on monthly 30 day rolling, which I've now cancelled as it was 40gb and I had 39gb left and it didn't roll over or keep.
Have the device and found ID do a SIM only with data rollover, so wanted to use when I next get away.0 -

When I first looked for an unlock code it would have cost more than buying an unlocked device, but a year or two later it had come down to £3 so I unlocked it then.)N. Hampshire, he/him. You could try unlocking the device via your EE account (if you have one)

I guess it depends what device it is, some might be more amenable to unlocking than others.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0

And they're the type of blinds with a silver coating on the outside.David.0 -
