Just started a broadband contract and I want to leave

It's been a nightmare from day 1 - technical problems, engineer visits, overcharges, constant faults and I just want to go back to my old broadband provider.
What are my chances? Any advice?

As this is a business product and presumably a b2b contract then your rights will be limited1

OP check your terms and conditions you signed up to .Business contracts are usually pretty tight .1

XLN only do business contracts. There is no cooling off period for a start. You can leave but you will pay a fortune and then some more in exit fees. Being business these will be higher than residential. However if you have issues with the service you should have dibs on resolution if it is business use.1
