Hello all,
This may not be the first time this has been raised, so apologies if I am repeating.
My BT broadband bill was £61 a month (about 33Mbps download speed). Vodafone pinged me and said I could get the same for £21.
I phoned BT last week and got an immediate reduction to £26 for exactly the same service.
2 regrets...
a) Why didn't I do this earlier? I've been ripped off for years and
b) I should have asked for BT Sport thrown in to make up the £5 difference. Poor negotiation skills, I'm afraid.

Anyway. Don't be me. Phone BT. Threaten to leave. Save money.

That's a great saving! There's usually a 14 day cooling off period when you agree to a new contract, so there might still be time for some extra haggling if you had time!

Do you mind if we use your example in our BT Haggling guide? https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/broadband-and-tv/haggle-with-bt-existing-customer-tips/

    Thanks,
