Virgin Media are really struggling in lockdown, but if you are patient you can get a good deal...
What a palaver! In a nutshell... We were on the £125 "oopmh package" (we have a big shared house) it then stopped after 18 months and shot up to £165!! So I called them many times (9 times in all!!) and they offered nothing better than £136. So as you probably know you MUST tell them to disconnect your service (it takes 30…

Plusnet sending router late and not answering phones
Hi, I just thought I'd report my recent experience for others' benefit - I signed up for Plusnet standard broadband 13 days ago and my go live date is tomorrow. I am a nurse working from home, at the beginning of the lockdown Sky increased my monthly payment from £26.00 to £33.00. This is for broadband and calls although I do not have a home phone. Vodafone and CCS Collect
Hi, I have received a couple of letters from CCS Collect saying that my Dad owes Vodafone £67.85. He died last year and hadn't lived in the UK for many years before he died. This seems to be another example of those random, tiring letters sent to annoy people and waste their time. Is there anything that Vodafone can do to…
