Sky "existing customer" question
Hi, We're currently with Orange on a legacy package - been with them since Wanadoo, and I think the last time we actually changed our package was about 2007 to get wifi, so we're well out of our minimum term. We get broadband only and we're paying £20 a month for an unlimited package. I've read a lot of threads on here and…

Not allowed to change AOL broadband package
A friend who's husband left her 2 years ago wants to upgrade her AOL broadband deal. AOL will not allow her to access the account as it is in her husband's name. She has paid all the AOL bills since he left and is not under contract. How can she either get her MAC code quickly or get a better deal with another provider?…

Anyone had Talk Talk take payment early?
Just checked online and it was only 24 days ago they took my last payment .. it's usually paid around the 5th/6th of the month. Anyone else had this? I can't find my bill to check what it said but for as long as I can remember it's never been only 24 days past the last payment!

How much are you paying for your broadband?
Hi guys, I am currently paying £25.00 per month for mine, 10MB (or whatever measurement). I do not have the landline or the tv channels with it. Do you think the price I mentioned is a bit steep? I have been with them for about 5/6 years now. How much are you paying from Broadband alone if you have it? Thanks

BE Broadband + Landline - Anyone have it?
Just pondering whether to take out my broadband and landline with BE. They're running a half-price-for-12-months deal which looks really good... BT Infinity Estimates and tied contracts
Anyone know when an estimate is an estimate and when it just becomes sham marketing? I signed up with BT for 'unlimited' broadband on an 18 month contract in June 2011 - at £28 per month. Expensive, but I did so because I wanted superfast broadband (BT Infinity) which was listed under 'When can I have it?' as 30th…

cessation fee -- do they have the right to charge me?
I'm seeking some help regarding the £25 cessation fee that plusnet want to charge me to terminate my broadband service.
