Broadband / Kcom options in Hull

Hi Everyone,

I haven't posted a new thread on here before so please be patient with me if I do anything wrong...!

I'm moving to Hull soon and I've heard some rumours that a broadband deal with KCOM (Karoo) is subject to a minimum contract of 18 months. Can anyone clarify for me please as their website is not clear?

I only want a broadband deal (no home phone) and I know there are a couple of other broadband suppliers but they work out at a much higher cost once you average out the monthly fee + installtion fee charges.

However, my rental is only 6 months and the 'small print' stated that if you cancel you have to pay for full term (yet is doesnt state what the full terms is! :mad:)

Any help or advice appreciated. Thank you.
