Virgin cancellation charge!!
Hi. I'm with Virgin cable at present but am moving to an area where it is unavailable. I told them today & they said there would be a £59 early cancellation fee! I find that totally unreasonable as they are penalising me for a being unable to provide me a service that I originally signed up for! I am right to fight…

Mobile Internet
Me & my wife have recently moved into a unfurnished rented property. We want the internet on our laptop. I have noticed there is no phone line to the property and at the moment don't want 1. Can any1 recommend a way of getting the internet on both laptops with a phone line. I suppose it might have to be 2 internet dongles?

Change from Virgin media broadband to O2?
I am absolutely sick to death with the extremely erratic speed of our Virgin media broadband connection, but am terrified at the thought of changing, and jumping from the frying pan into the fire!! We are paying £18 a month just for broadband, on the 'up to' 20mb option, whereas in reality we are getting a max of…

ISP without 12month contract
I'm looking for an ISP to have at my new flat. However there's a good chance I'll be moving again in 6 months or so. What I really want is Sky TV with its broadband package, but I'm wary about being stuck in a Sky contract when I move if I'm not able to have it at my next place so I'll go without it until I move again.…
