BT broadband contract - transferable??

Hello,
I'm new to the forumso hi to everyone.
I have a 12-month contract with BT for broadband/phone. We are moving properties in November and the contract runs until Feb 2010.So, does anyone know if I can transfer the contract to a new address with ease? Really can't afford to pay for two contracts!
