Virgin and emails

Hi everyone
Im currently with Virgin Cable but Im moving soon and wont be able to have cable in new property.
I have all my emails set up as blueyonder - looking around at the deals Im thinking of trying different Co but would i be able to keep my existing email addresses even if Im not with Virgin anymore.
Any companies to avoid for home phone and broadband?
