When will universal credit be full implemented?
Some sites state that by 2018 everyone who claims a benefit will be claiming it and the roll out will be compkete. while some other sites claim that those currently claiming child tax credits and such, without a change in circumstances will not be brought into it until 2018 at the earliest. So which is correct?

help working out HB/Bedroom tax shortfall please
Two bed house. One room considered spare. rent is 582.70 I get £226.32 a fortnight in HB. By my reckoning that is more than 14% deduction isn't it? I also receive ESA and PIP - are they taking that into account and deducting further? Thank you in advance for your help (and hopefully no judgements...)
