Hi can someone please explain how your entitlement to wtc and housing benefits are worked out when you are self employed and your earnings differ each week, for instance 100 one week 60 the next . Are your earnings added up and divided through the month or year to work out an average? Thanks

My father is on high rate AA my mothers has a state pension so cant be paid CA. Even with the premium for CA they are not entitled to Pension Credit. My questions is is their any point claiming underlying CA if you are not entitled to pension credit. Thanks
