Tax Credit not been renewed from last year???

I have not received a renewal pack for year 12/13 from working tax credits, after countless phone calls I finally got told that years 11/12 had not been finalized, I had sent it by post on time and received an extra payment so to my knowledge it had been dealt with. I have made a complaint by letter and have had no response, after my last phone call to them they said I was on a waiting list for year 11/12 to be finalized this was 4 weeks ago, surely this should of been done by now!! I am getting very worried now that payments will stop on 31 july! anyone got any advice?? Thanks

If they have caused the delay and you are waiting on them, then I think there is little that you can do! You can wait for your complaint - well let's not go there and from what I have read there isn't anywhere to go as the adjudicator has a long wait too and will revert you back to TCO. Sorry, again demonstrates the big mess that has been caused by HMRC and TAX CREDITS.

P.S - I don't see your concerns in relation to payments as again your renewal should go through as last years did on provisional grounds and await finalisation.

Let's just hope that the provisional awards were correct - which I'm sure they were :-)
