disability allowence
my daughter has just been awarded disability allowence at the lowest rate. she is now 7months old. do i need to inform tax credits as i have been told that it can affect my tax credits?? does this dla affect any other benefits or is there anything else she is entitled to now.

my partner has been claming esa since end of oct 2010 he has now got to go for his medical on the 26th of jan, will they give us the coldweather payments if his esa carries on after the medical? we have not had any yet as apparently you have to have had the medical, just wondering if they backdate them or not. thanks :j
