IF I can get a job which is too far for bus to get there for the job start time every day, can I somehow get some paid lodgings benefits?
I dont cannot afford a car and even the train expensive as it is does not get to the town 29 miles away in time.
Only thing I can think of is get lodgings however as my other thread for council tax in house share I have ten pounds to my name and my brother is the same.
Thanks

Lodgers who are unemployed can get housing benefit. Home owners like yourself cannot.0

You could rent out the room in the house you own and use that money to pay for a house/flat share for yourself.0
