ISA mortgage
Wondered if anyone could help with what is probably a daft question. I have been off work for a while with cancer and even though we were discharged from bankruptcy last November we have an IPA which the OR has suspended while I am on half pay. The problem is we are still really struggling for money. We have an ISA…

Bankrupt, House in Neg Equity, 2 Secured Loans
I've declared myself bankrupt of the beginning of March. I'm continuing to pay my mortgage and secured loan. The total of these loans is about £92k, the house next door but one is on the market at £55k! If I were to stop paying one lender, i.e. the lower of the two, who just happen to be Firstplus(!) would they be able to…

Bank Account Debt Post BR
Hi , I went BR last November, and included my Nationwide Bank Account at the time, it had a balance of £8 if my memory serves me right. I included it as I assumed that Nationwide would close the account. I set up a new account with the Co-op, which I have been using since BR without any problems, internet banking etc. I…

Just a heads-up in case anyone else gets a call. I'd spoken to these folks about 6 months ago. HMRC were chasing unpaid VAT from my company that was forced to close when I went BR.
