Panicking now... Br tomorrow!

Eeeek! Just was wondering and flapping somewhat... In what sort of circumstances could my br be refused? Thx

If you are not insolvent and can pay your debts as they become due

Have an assett that would cover the debts.

Have not taken advice from one of the charities and do not understand the full implications of what is to happen.

All the best for tomorrow. I am sure you will be fine.

Just another double check question, apart from the br petition, and the soa, (I can't get court fee remitted) I don't need to take all my account files and letters with me do I? Just checking!

No, just forms 6.27 and 6.28, fees, something to read, and it is wise to have some loose change for the drinks machine:)

All you need is your forms and money. Take some change for the drinks machine or a take a drink with you and a snack and possibly something to read as you may have a wait.
