I was awarded bankruptcy on 21st September I have an account with RBS so far my account has not been frozen is it certain that my account will eventually be frozen and how long after bankruptcy before a bank to takes action.

Why does the letter have this line? I thought the whole point was to have the defaults taken off? • It is requested that if you intend to default the account, the default entry must be <Date if your bankruptcy>, in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Thanks
