thanks for advice and pointers given,
after weighing it all up and guided by cab and your invaluable advice we have decided that BR it the best solution to give us back some kind of life.
now all we gotta do is get the money together and get the ball rolling

Good luck with it all. I only filed last week so don't have much to add really other than to say I do feel better for having taken some steps to address the situation. TBH I'd been putting it off for years and telling myself I could find a way out, but it just got too much.

snap been telling myself the same thing for 2 yrs its just to much and the whole debt problem with country house prices falling rapidly massive job losses etc its the only sensible option
