How would you deal with performance related bonuses on the SOA? For example, for last year I got around 3.5K bonus/commission, paid around 2 months ago, instantly gone on paying off debt. For this year I would be very surprised if the place I work is still open at the end of the year, if it is my bonus will be negligible.…

I have a friend who is going bankrupt in 6 weeks, he currently has a capital one credit card, although nothing is owed on this. My question is will he be allowed to keep it. I had to make myself Bankrupt last year and it was signed off in April this year, I have been attempting to claim back bank charges. If the test case result is that they have to pay back the charges, am I still entitled to what they own me? It was a joint account.
