Hi again, I have a date for court on the 10th, what exactly do i need to take? I have nearly filled form out thanks to everyone who has helped on here, and that is after checking it then checking it again, Do i hav to photocopy the forms? do I take letters from creditors, statements and so on? Telephone OR interview
Another little question :D I've read in many places that the OR may (will probably?) conduct the interview over the telephone. How does this work? Surely they need to see proof of income and outgoings, loan papers etc. Do they just take your word for it? :confused:
