So I have received today my letter with transfer values on it. but there is a paragraph on it that reads: I can confirm that a bankruptcy order is in place for this…

OR letter, is this normal?
Probably quite standard but just had the 'pack' through from my OR. They have requested details of Bank & credit card statements for the last two years and confirmation of when my last employment ceased. Are these standard requests? Other than that I just have to sign the standard forms and return. thanks for looking!

Going abroad when BR
I've been BR for almost 3 months, I seem to remember somewhere in the small print or heard a whisper somewhere that you need to inform the OR if you are leaving the country. I'm leaving the country for 3-days in August, is it just a matter of letting the OR know out of courtesy in case they need to reach you?

pension lump sum whilst bankrupt
Hi, my question is about pensions. I have a civil service pension and am hoping to take early retirement soon. I understood that pensions cannot be taken by the bankruptcy trustees, but I have been advised that if I receive my lump sum whilst I am bankrupt I will lose it. Is that right? I am not bankrupt now but one of my…
