what happens to ccjs when you go BR
I got my first claim on Monday, is this already a CCJ? or does it only become a CCJ once I reply to it? What happens to any pending CCJ's or current CCJs when I go bankrupt, do I still owe these? Or are they classed like my other debts and I'm free after one year? Thanks
