IPA Post Bankruptcy and Tax Code

Hi guys,
A couple of quick questions:
1) If an IPA is cancelled post discharge owing to change of circumstances (aka outgoings significantly increase) can it be restarted if circumstances change again? Im just curious as im thinking of getting my own place (live at home at present) and its likely my IPA would be reduced to nothing if I did so.
2) Im on the 'NT' tax code (which has been a pain from the start) at present which will obviously run until the end of March. However, what happens if I get a new job now?
Thanks in advance for any answers you can provide.

If it's suspended it can be started again if circumstances improve, if it's cancelled it can't. I think they've started to suspend rather thanc cancel, but Dalip knows more about this.
2) Im on the 'NT' tax code (which has been a pain from the start) at present which will obviously run until the end of March. However, what happens if I get a new job now? If you get a new job now it stops now
Thanks in advance for any answers you can provide.
Hope that helps some.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
