Contact with the OR

Hi Guys,
I want to notify the OR of a change of income. ( new job ) My overheads have gone up as a result and I do not anticipate much change from my orginal SOA. However, wanting to keep it above board I want to let him know. I could leave a message on his answer phone, but in truth I do not want to start up conversations and have him phone me back if required, rather let sleeping dogs lie. However I have got an email adress for his assistant. Is it ok to email my request accross for a new SOA or do you think I ought to phone. Daft aint it, but for those who have been there, I know you can identify with this.
Thanks Guys

depends really....if it was me i'd be safer to telephone most of the emails listed on that website are standard addresses so your message MIGHT not get to the right person

    Hi Dodger,
I tried to phone my case worker when I had a wage increase, but I could never get hold of her. I gave up in the end and emailed her.

Never heard anything back mind, I assume she got the email  I kept a copy, just in case :D

Hi Peachy, going to keep a copy of my email as well. Not going to push things by phoning. x
