Following on from my other thread. if the bankruptcy was to happen do i need to prove what items in my home are mine to stop them from being taken by whoever takes them?
Its my partner that is being made bankrupt not me.
getting married 12/3/09
wedding fund £2,000.

    Nothing in your home gets taken when you go bankrupt. They would only be interested in any assets that they could get in excess of about £1000 at auction.

    I understood they wouldnt take anything like appliences.... but wasnt sure where i stood with my beloved computer lol

    Fortunately (!) your computer became obselete 3-months before you even purchased it, so there would be no benefit in anyone taking it from your home to clear a debt. I'm of course assuming you don't have a £10k super-computer with trio-50" monitors in your spare room?!!!
