Following on from my other thread. if the bankruptcy was to happen do i need to prove what items in my home are mine to stop them from being taken by whoever takes them?

Nothing in your home gets taken when you go bankrupt. They would only be interested in any assets that they could get in excess of about £1000 at auction.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

Fortunately (!) your computer became obselete 3-months before you even purchased it, so there would be no benefit in anyone taking it from your home to clear a debt. I'm of course assuming you don't have a £10k super-computer with trio-50" monitors in your spare room?!!!0
