Alternatively, if u know Mr fatou256 and are happy to accept his correspondance opn his behalf and can confirm that it will be passed onto him, this too can be arranged.
alternatively,m if you have any informaion about the whereabouts of the above named, could you supply us with your landlord's details, if applicable, or any queries about this letter please do nto hesitate to contact on the numbers below.
we would kindly ask that you do not ignore this letter, as this refers to an urgent matter.. i am normally around blah balf.."

That is odd.
But you can see from their website exactly what they are about.

there is a creditor probably looking for you and will have gotten your address from the electoral roll or a recent credit report check or search and have written on the off chance that you are at that address. If you were not at that address, they ask the current occupant for the landlord details to find out if you have ever been a tenant at that address and if the landlord has any forwarding address for you.BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0

Time me thinks for a bit of mis-information. Oh what fun you could have. Now where in the world could you possibly be?0
-
Of course, there is lots of fun and games, but you could always phone them and ask what they want. As we all think its a DCA, your are BR so any debt will come under your BR. Therefore a letter telling you that you deem the matter closed and a copy of your BR notice should stop them pestering you. As there is the probability that they will not go away.0

Personally because I am a very cantankerous person I would get a free pay as you go sim (loads kicking about on offers) and call them from that - say you have been passed the letter and how can you help them?
when they say what it's about point out to them that:
a) you are BR and this is the ref etc
b) the methods they have used to try and contact you are against OFT rules and more than likely data protection act too
c) if they ever contact you again you will take legal action again not only against the company but also any individual personally who contacts you on their behalf.
The point in using the mobile is that they still don't know exactly where you are or how to contact you
