Great idea Mrs Tine. But once they search the insolvency site after being told of the BR, they will then know his address anyway! Which is not a problem is it IS a BR thing, but if its not.....

well this is my point why should i inform them of my BR detail is for everyone to see .... i have listed all of our creditor even the one over 6 years old ! so i cannot see who they are acting on behalf but like the previous post i will have a bit of fun with them while i report them too ....

i meant so they can't start hasslign him by phone and the saying it's been passed is merely to slow them down - and I thought all debts prior to a BR were "included" even if not actually listed at the time?

Obviously if this is something excluded then it would still be worth at least facing it head on and making sure they don't have the phone number if nothing else
