bankruptcy and credit checks help
Another question regarding my pending bankruptcy. My contract with virgin media will be up for renewal soon, but i would prefer to change to sky, can i presum that since my credit rating is naff and by then i should be BR, will they not accept me as a customer.

are you considering going bankrupt?
if you are working and worried about getting a NIL tax code which could attract attention in your wages department, remember a NT code has to be applied in tax year you go BR, so if you can do it before the end of March you should avoid the problem. think so anyway....:rolleyes:

If my partner & i want a mortgage. Is he able to take it out in his own name (i was discharged 2005) and then I can join as a transfer of equity. I would be paying towards it and providing him a £12,000 deposit. Thanks ps: did try in joint...no hope in hell! xx

im the only person that is on the mortgage agreement for my house but my partner pays all the main houde hold bills, does this mean she has some benefical interest and how does this affect the bankrupcy thanks, look forward to your replys

I went bankcrupt in October 08 and have been working extra hours to pay a garage bill I knew was coming in will the recievers take this extra from my wages before asking me what it is for and also direct from my wages :rolleyes:

£345 to pay the court...
I have to find, somewhere the £345 to go to the court to file for my bankrupcy, but having no job, a wife and 4 kids I simply cant save the money. I have asked the jobcentre about an emergency loan, that was a big no, Ive make phone calls, welfare rights enquirys all to no avail. Any suggestions Please. Thanks Tom
