surplus income

I went bankcrupt in October 08 and have been working extra hours to pay a garage bill I knew was coming in will the recievers take this extra from my wages before asking me what it is for and also direct from my wages :rolleyes:

    Hi Mecare, the OR doesn't take anything direct from your wages.

    If you have an IPA you make arrangements to pay that by DD, but from your bank, not your wages.
    Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear
  • thanks as I was not sure what was going to happen as far as i am aware there is no IPA
