We're being sued and are VERY scared - please help and advise
I won't go into details but it's extremely likely that my husband is going to be sued over a business matter (not insured/ no professional indemnity). This will also have a knock on effect of putting him out of business too. We are less than 12 months off paying our mortage and have very stiff credit card debts - what is…

DCA demands from nPower? And is it normal for banks (IE the ones you owe money to!) to keep sending monthly statements? Halifax keep sending them - complete with more interest charges. Is bankruptcy an option
My husband and i recently took out a joint IVA (April 08). We have since found that whilst we are not struggling as much as we were we wont have any improvement for the next 5 years and any increase to our income will automatically be taken from us. We are also paying back almost 90% of our original debt and they are now…

Benificial Interest Question
My husband recived a letter today from the OR saying our property is in negative equity therefore we can buy our BI for £1 plus costs.
