Has anyone gone BR in Gloucester County Court?
If yes what is the OR like and has was the court staff with you on the day of you're BR

I haven't ..yet!!!....though my son-in-law was made BR following a failed IVA,
this was dealt with at gloucester county court, he had no problems and said judge appeared quite understanding.
he also had no problems with OR, had nil tax code for 12mths?..but no IPA imposed...that was last year.
my neighbour also went BR through Gloucester county court..4yrs ago..she also had no problems....and believe or not now has credit facilities again.
I have not heard of anyone having any problems, and if my IVA is not accepted I shall be going BR through Gloucester too.0
