Hi everyone
Does anyone know what's going on at Crewe? We have rang four times for a BR date and each time we get told someone will ring us back but they never do...
Would be interested to know what the OR at Crewe is like too if anyone has any experience of him/her. Just so I have an idea what to expect....!
cheers all

They must be incredibly busy at the moment then, though if your creditors are getting arsey it's not funny.Namaste DeeDee x0

Crewe are covered by the OR based at Newcastle-under-lyme - pm if you need more details.
And the BR clerk there is always hard to get hold of...............0 -
Hi :hello:
I was at Crewe last week, took me 6+ weeks to get appointment.
Problem is their office is only open Tuesday, Thursday to book appointments. There was a backlog at one point, new staff being trained etc.
They deal with a OR in Newcastle Uder Lyme, Staffordshire. I spoke to a nice lady there after I came out of court. Took a few details and said my basic bank was ok. Then booked my phone interview for September 23rd.
Ask your CAB adviser to chase them, thats what got things moving for me.
Any questions about the court feel free to pm or ask here.BSC No: 186 There is always light at the end of the tunnel. Unless someone's nicked the candle !

Thanks for the support and info everyone, I really appreciate it. I will take your advice and ask CAB to follow it up. We had been told someone from Crewe would ring today but of course it never happened.........!
Cheers all0 -
They are good that, I kept getting told the same.
Ring them twice a week, so they are reminded. That''s what I did. My CAB advisor added me to the list of people she had waiting for an appointment. She said that the new member of staff they were training. Was finding it hard and had got behind. I think they are getting better now.
It's hard when you just wanna get on with things. Hang in there and any questions feel free to post here.BSC No: 186 There is always light at the end of the tunnel. Unless someone's nicked the candle !
