Whether it's films, TV, music, books or video games, we live in an age where we can stream or buy our favourite media digitally. For many of us it's certainly convenient - we can access content wherever we are with just a few taps or clicks...unless the wifi goes down, or the platform decides to remove something from their…
I opened a PLUM ISA on April 07th at a preferential rate of 5.92% for three months on the advice of MSE, with a note in the diary to ditch and switch after the increased rate expired. My 2024 was another washout on the decluttering & decorating fronts. That is what happens when I don’t plan ahead 😔 Neither DH nor I have managed to summon up any enthusiasm for anything…

Am I best just cutting back on EVERYTHING and paying it off through gritted teeth or are there other options… Some of it is 0% but due to end later…
I currently work full time with take-home pay approx £2200 a month or £26400pa. For personal reasons I want to retire at the end of 2029 when I’ll be 60. I have DB pensions (3 deferred, one active) which on current values will give me an income after tax of between £15k and £26k pa depending on the size of lump sum I take.…
