I've switched from Monzo to Natwest and bagged the £200.
Is there a recommended time to wait before switching to someone else ?

No recommended time as such, so unless there's a (very unusual) clause in the offer terms allowing bonus clawback if the account is closed within n days/weeks/months, you're free to switch again whenever you choose.

For the sake of decorum, when I was doing such things, I would leave it a week before switching again.
