For us poor peasants who prefer not to pay the extortionate prices that Microsoft charge for MS Office and MS Excell can this spreadsheet be used in any other software package?

Which spreadsheet packages do you use?

Which version of Excel are you using? Do you receive the "Macro Warning Dialog" box on opening the spreadsheet?

The security level does not need to be reduced below medium, have you changed this back from the low setting?

Unfortunately I do not use "Macs", I am not able to advise you. I would assume that Excel for "Macs" is different and therefore not compatible. I am open to advice from any Apple-Mac experts which may'be able to offer a solution.

Thanks a lot Wagon - that did the job for me :)
Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...

I have downloaded but can't use the spreadsheet the message I kept getting is
"macros are disabled because security level is high and macros have not been digitally signed or verified as safe"
