May i ask how you paid for them?
As if you paid by card, then a statement showing the transaction should be accepted as proof of purchase.0 -
it was by cash. they was only 22.49 thats why i paid by cash.thought it would be a easy straight swap for a smaller size.otherwise its 22 pound wasted. and like i said he is a size 8 in all his other shoes so thought they would be ok0

Sports Direct & Sports World (same company) are a joke outfit owned by Mike Ashley (NUFC owner). Stay well clear in the future.1 -
Which branch was it? There are 2 near us and one is better at swapping things than the other. I agree they have zero customer care, I only buy things from them that have been tried on and I am sure I will not return. I find JJB better and would always buy from them if I have a choice between the two.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

i have never had any hassle with sportsworld.
we get greeted at the door with a cheerful smile and a basket,
i take stuff back even without recipt and they are more than happy to help.
i guess its how you handle the staff.

If it is there policy then there is nothing you can do, you are not entitled to a refund or exchange as the shoes are ok.
Are there any other branches you could try, as suggested above it might be better trying another branch.0 -
