So what do you think of them?
Would you recomend them?Plenty of mistakes, but no regrets.0 -
Yes, I would recommend them.
the special offer will be withdrawn at some time -0 -
I'm and EFH user too. They had some performance problems over Christmas / New Year but things are fine now. The price that they are offering at the moment makes them very good if you are migrating. The high startup costs makes it less attractive if you do not already have broadband.
Apparently prices are due to rise soon but if you sign up for the £11.74 per month (£9.99 + VAT) this is guaranteed for a year.0 -
i was thinking of migrating to ehf myself after my contract runs out however i keep hearing that these pricing are unsustainable as it is below cost price, with so many people joining them. Speeds and customer services are supposed to be good and they say that prices are guarenteed for 12 months however I just hope they dont go bust.0

Do you need a BT line or will NTL do?
Do you need your own modem or do they supply that?
Are their any hidden charges etc?
What speed do they run at?
Is there a download limit etc?
Sorry for all the question but Thanks in advance.

all this info is on their web site.
no download limits, you need a modem, 512, set up fee/migration fee.0 -
I have been with them since Oct 04 and have nothing but praise for them. The problem over Xmas stemmed from BT and affected several companies.I am on the 1Mb contract and though I rarely reach that speed I am never far off it. A speed test carried out 5 mins ago gave me 1088Kbps. I would suggest that you visit the EFH forun http://www.efhbroadband.com/index.asp to get a feel for the company and what other users are saying. There is no download cap.Guest.0

You can use your own modem or router or buy one from their recommended supplier when you order you chosen BB package as I did.
As it says on thir website: http://www.efhbroadband.com/
There are no download limits.
Other questions look on ther website or ask in their pre sales forum for your particular curcumstances:

When I joined they weren't takiing migrations but i was new to BB anyway so it wasn't an issue.0 -
