e2save cashback sneaky trick - beware!
I took out a contract with e2save on a samsung d600, 12 months 1/2price rental which required me to send my 4th, 8th and 12th bills to them within 30 days, so my 4th bill was dated 27th jan, I sent it 1st class recorded on 20th feb and expected my cheque in due course. They sent me a letter on 24th march stating that I was not entitled as my bill had been received more than 30 days after bill date ..blah,blah... so I phoned RM to ask them why my post had'nt been signed for and had taken so long, turns out that the postcode supplied on my chequeback vouchers and ALSO on my welcome e-mail back in october is incorrect; there is no such postcode as WS10 TWZ, it should have been WS10 7WZ, I am so annoyed but can't get a response from e-mailing them, also their 'customer service' line always seems to be closed, has anyone else experienced similar problems with e2save?

I was quite lucky with E2Save lately. My cashback claim was late but I just sent a nice letter with it apologising and explaining why my claim was late. Received the cheque about 3 weeks later!0

Yes, I heard e2save is ok actually, and I signed a contract with it, I got cashback.
But really we should be careful!0 -
Same here, I forgot about mine and called them and said I forgot, they still sent the cheque.0

keep trying the number (i have found that it does take a while to get through) and explain the situation with the postcodes. most people (including myself) seem to have found e2save pretty decent to deal with and as they have provided you with the incorrect information, hopefully they will send you the cashback.0

On the helpdesk section of their website the address is:
P.O. Box 4259
Wednesbury
WS10 7WZ
when you said W10 did you mean WS10?0 -

Just for future reference, all postcodes have a number and then 2 letters in the latter half. It's ashame you weren't aware of this, because it's impossible to have the ending "TWZ"

Thanks Mike, I wasn't aware of this until the lady at RM told me,I just presumed the postcode they'd given me [WS10 TWZ] was correct, I'll know next time! Anyway they actually e-mailed me this morning to say that if i send my proof of delivery in they'll send my cheque so I'm happy now ;-]0
