From 1st June 2006, inclusive minutes cannot be used to call numbers with the 07744 and 07755 prefix. These calls will be charged at 25p per minute at all times.

when you say cheap mobile do you mean calling to an international mobile or calling from a mobile? if the latter you can use O2 still for that.0
