I got the offer for free HD box + free installation but the subscription fee applies. Signed up for that offer. Since then, have been trying to get reduced or free subscription. Sky not having any of it.Was told that the only way I could possibly get a reduced subscription fee would be to cancel my HD install and wait for a call.0

Theres also an half price package deal for 12month which you should be able to run along side you're 12months free HD sub, as it says it excludes the HD sub (which would be waived with the free HD offer)

Got my sky HD installed this morning, but it is saying I have the wrong card in when I try to watch movies or sport?? I rang them up and they said it takes up to 24 hours to work, but I spoke to my sister in law who got HD installed last month and they said they got a new card in the post a few days before?? Did anyone on here have a new card for the HD install?? Please help!0

Just got my HD box installed a few hours ago, my old card was popped into the new box and activated by the Sky technician. All HD channels working fine.0 -

Called sky last night threatening to cancel as my sky + keeps freezing. (Doesn't everybody's) They offered to send an engineer to repair / replace it FOC also giving me 3 months warranty. I Explained that we had already had the box replaced and wasn't interested. Then I mentioned that I received a call on the answering m/c a couple of weeks ago saying they would call back, and somebody in the village thought that this would be a promotion offering hd, install and subscription, free. I asked her if this offer was still available to which she said yes. Also got her to agree to get the engineer to replace the sky+ box if i had multiroom at £10 pcm. :T0

tried a couple of times and last time was told I was being put on the list, called today with the missed call line and still no joy. think its time to realise I am not on the list0
